I think the boy ought to be punishment. On account of he had made many people become homeless. Furthermore, I was also angry with it. People's life is precious. Although he was a child, he also can't be forgiving. If we don't punishment him, he won't remember what he had done. Moreover, he may do it again, and just for fun. Then he won't know what is right and what is wrong. Maybe we can punish him lesser than the normal law. We just want to reminder him not to do it again. On account of people's life is precious really. People only have one life. If someone died in the damage, the family will broke and not complete. It will affect many people. Therefore, we should punish the boy.
